FACTORY AUDIT (FQA)

Before commissioning orders to new suppliers, each customer requires information and an estimate of their actual performance in terms of quality and production. It is due to this need that we are able to offer our customers these services:

• Audit of the total number of employees
• Audit of the number and qualifications of those employees involved in production
• Audit of the factory's administrative organization
• Evaluation of the factory equipment and machinery
• Evaluation of the factory’s production in terms of performance
• Evaluation of the warehouse space

Based on the findings that we report, the customer can easily assess if the supplier is able to satisfy their requests.

INITIAL PRODUCTION CHECK (IPC)

This type of inspection includes visual inspections of raw materials and components which have undergone the initial stage of production through the use of technical specification card and conformity samples which are provided by the customer. The IPC permits a timely intervention of eventual defects or non conformities so as not to compromise the whole production of our client's order.

DURING PRODUCTION CHECK (DUPRO)

This includes a visual control of the first assembled parts, the components utilized and of the final product through the use of technical specifications and conformity samples which are provided by the customer: when at least 25% of the ordered production has been completed. 

FINAL RANDOM INSPECTION (FRI)  

This inspection involves a quantitative, qualitative and functional control of the completed and packaged product before shipment. Subsequently a Certificate can be issued and be included in the other documents to be presented in bank if payment to the supplier is sent by a letter of credit.
